How to complete your exchange:
● Check to see if your exchange is eligible by reviewing the requirements below.
● Click the link to fill out the Exchange Form. Once you have completed the return process, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please note that shipping costs are on us for exchanges.
● Print out your prepaid label and return with your items at your earliest convenience. Once items are received, we will then process your exchange order. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your exchange.
Requirements:
● Products must be unwashed and unworn.
● Defective and/or damaged products are handled on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us at sales@southernfollyapparel.com
● All returns must be made within 60 days of your original purchase.
● Products must have been purchased from Southernfollyapparel.com. Otherwise, please return the items to the location that they were purchased.
